Data collection and storage

In order to maintain system security when our website is visited, the Web server of our host stores the IP address of the visitor, as well as the date of access, the URL, content accessed and information submitted while connected. This information remains anonymous. Consequently, no personal identification is possible. More detailed personal data is only collected if voluntarily provided by the user, e.g. when registering or placing an order.
Data use and disclosure
When personal data is submitted to us, we only use it to answer queries, to process orders, and for technical administration purposes. Such data is only used for marketing purposes if we have first provided the user with details of how we intend using it and after the user has given his or her express consent to such use. In this case the user's personal customer data and qualification attributes is stored on a secure server hosted by our contractual partner w3work. This data is solely used for sending out the Newsletter. Personal data is not disclosed to third parties unless we are obliged to do so in compliance with legal requirements. Our website may contain links to other sites. We have no influence on the data protection rules implemented by other operatoring companies.
