Your tasks:
- Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung des Zeichenteams
- Planung, Koordination und Qualitätssicherung von Zeichnungen
- Erstellung und Weiterentwicklung von Angebots-, Ausführungs- und Detailplänen
- Technische Unterstützung der Projekt- und Bauleitung
- Weiterentwicklung von Zeichnungsstandards sowie Anwendung von CAD-/BIM-Prozessen
Your profile:
- Bachelor, Master oder Diplom-Ingenieur (z.B. in den Bereichen Bauingenieurwesen, konstruktiver Ingenieurbau) oder staatlich geprüfter Techniker
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Spezialtiefbau
- Führungskompetenz und Erfahrung in der Anleitung von Konstrukteuren und Bauzeichnern sind von Vorteil
- Strukturierte, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie Kommunikations‑ und Teamfähigkeit.
