Your tasks:

  • Provide L2 and L3 front-end support for various software applications and systems
  • Deliver exceptional software support, resolving technical problems efficiently and effectively
  • Address and resolve issues on client devices, ensuring minimal downtime and disruption
  • Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of support activities and solutions provided
  • Conduct remote problem-solving sessions to assist clients with technical issues

Your profile:

  • Bachelor's and/or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent education
  • Relevant working experience in providing L2 and L3 front-end support incl.
  • Strong background in software support and troubleshooting incl. a service-oriented personality
  • Experience in handling client problems and delivering effective solutions
  • Ability to communicate fluently in English, both speaking and writing
